When will you hear from me
If you are applying to work with me, or if you’re an existing client of mine, you’ll hear back within 24 hours, Mon-Fri. For other general inquiries expect between 1-3 working days, Mon-Fri.

All of my clients prepay for my services on the first of the month. If you start midway through a month it will be prorated, then the following month you will pay on the first.

I will send you an email invoice via Wave, you can pay by card manually or add a card to your account for me to charge each month.

No, because my time is my offer and I cannot get my time back. While I have never had a displeased client I will always work to make it right.

Not at this time. I have no plans to change that any time soon.

Nope! Unlike a standard employee you would hire I own my own business and pay my own taxes. I am however a tax write off for you!

30 days minimum! This give us time to come to close and for me to keep my schedule full!
